Omnibus policy and price transparency

I am committed to full transparency and fairness in my pricing and discount policies. I would therefore like to describe to you how I implemented the EU Omnibus Directive in my online shop.

In accordance with EU Directive 98/6/EC, I display the lowest 30-day price on the product page once the product is discounted. For each discount shown on my website, the discounted price will be presented along with the lowest previous 30-day price prior to the start of the promotion. I display the price with a date stamp from the actual day the product was sold at that price.

My store uses the lowest previous price up to 60 days in consecutive promotions. In some cases, I may also display the price history of my products so that you, as my customer, can transparently see how I have previously changed the price.

All general discount codes for my lowest 30 day pricing calculations are also included. However, it is important to note that this policy does not apply to individual discount codes that are not aimed at the general public, have not been generally available, or are limited. Such codes may be issued on a case-by-case basis and are not indicative of the regular pricing of the item.

With these conditions I would like to offer you transparent, honest and fair prices. If you have any further questions or something is unclear, I will be happy to help you!
