In this wonderful session I offer you a weekly space to support you on your spiritual journey and to harmonize the effects of the Ascension changes that are showing up in your energy field back into your light body.

This group session invites you to deepen your inner well-being through gentle spiritual energy healing and light languages. You will strengthen your inner balance and experience cosmic lightness in order to master the changes of change with serenity . This session supports you in maintaining a high frequency , harmonizing your energy field , gently balancing Ascension changes and lovingly releasing energetic blockages . We begin with a guided meditation that gently brings you into your body and into the here and now. This grounding is particularly important in order to safely integrate the high energies we work with into your body.

Immerse yourself in the group topic together:

After you have booked and paid, you have the wonderful opportunity to share two personal topics or concerns with me. These topics will be lovingly integrated into the group theme, which is formed from the collective energies of the participants. Together we will explore which energetic patterns are emerging and how you can gently find your way back to your inner balance.

This is followed by light work and channeling of the light languages:

Based on the group theme, which is formed from the topics brought up by you and the other participants, I will channel one or more light languages ​​for the entire group and at the same time work energetically on the group to harmonize your energy field and align your frequency.

Your personal concerns will be lovingly integrated into the group theme, creating an overall light language that meets the individual needs of all participants.
